By accessing or using CoinXchange (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use cross-chain swap services. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or are a resident or national of, any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions (including those on the U.S. OFAC sanctions lists), or where use of the Service is otherwise prohibited by applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws that apply to you.

CoinXchange is a non-custodial interface. We never take custody, control, or possession of your funds. All swaps are executed on-chain directly from your self-custodied wallet — you remain in full control of your assets and private keys at all times. We cannot reverse, cancel, or recover a transaction once it is submitted to the blockchain.

Swaps are routed across multiple independent third-party bridges and decentralized exchanges to find competitive rates. We do not operate or control these protocols and are not responsible for their performance, availability, pricing, slippage, or security. Quotes are estimates and final execution amounts may differ due to on-chain conditions.

A service fee may be applied to swaps routed through CoinXchange. Any applicable fee is shown in the swap details before you confirm. Network (gas) and third-party protocol fees are separate and set by the respective networks and protocols.

Cryptocurrency involves significant risk, including the potential loss of all funds. Prices are volatile and transactions are irreversible. Nothing on CoinXchange is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Only use funds you can afford to lose.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoinXchange and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
